Serving superb speciality coffee, locally sourced pastries and cake, we created a lovely space for the people of Hurst to enjoy great coffee. From espresso to exciting filter coffees from all over the world, teas, hot chocolate and toasties it’s a great place to take a moment.

Fuel was originally born in 2006 at Hassocks Train station with a mobile unit, trading for several years until the station was renovated and a kiosk inside the ticket office was taken on. In 2020, due to the pandemic, the business moved to 78 High St as the shop became available.
